Honey & Hive uses the information you provide to process purchases, fulfil honey allocations, maintain your customer account and send updates included with your tier.

Information used

This may include your name, email, phone number, billing and fulfilment addresses, order history, chosen hive name and gift details. Please provide only the recipient information needed for a gift. We do not display gift details or customer orders publicly.

Checkout and service providers

Our store uses WordPress and WooCommerce. The payment provider selected at checkout processes payment details; we do not ask you to email card information. Hosting, payment, email and fulfilment providers may process information as needed to provide their services. Checkout identifies the payment method you choose.

Cookies and your hive name

The store uses cookies for accounts and carts. If you allow browser storage, the Name Your Hive widget remembers your proposed name on your device until you clear or change it. It is only sent to us when submitted with an order.

Retention and choices

We retain order records as needed for fulfilment, accounting and legal obligations. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, or deletion where recordkeeping obligations permit. Seasonal service updates relate to your tier; unrelated marketing requires separate consent.
